Return Policy, Damages and issues

Due to customization of products, we typically cannot exchange or refund the product(s). However, in the unlikely event that you received damaged, defective or wrong custom products, please contact us so we can make it right. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We appreciate your business and are committed to your happiness. Please contact us at support@promohealthgear.com or 530-601-0925 and a customer service representative will be able to assist you. 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled for a refund within 24 hours of when the order was placed. The total amount refund back to the customer will equal the total amount paid minus 3% of the total amount paid to recover credit card processing fees. Because we start working on your order right away, orders that are over 24 hours of being placed are considered mid production. Orders that are in mid production are not able to be cancelled, exchange for a different size or exchange to a different product.
