Where are you located?

Our warehouse is located in West Sacramento, California, USA. 

What is your processing and shipping time? 

Once an order is placed, we will send you a proof for approval via email within 2-3 days. Processing time is 7 to 14 days from the time the proof is approved.  Shipping time will vary depending on shipping options available at checkout. Processing time does not include shipping time. 

Can I expedite my shipping?

Yes! Expedited shipping options are offered at checkout. 

What is your return & exchange policy? 

Due to customization of products, we typically cannot exchange or refund the product(s). However, in the unlikely event that you received damaged, defective or wrong custom products, please contact us so we can make it right. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We appreciate your business and are committed to your happiness. Please contact us at support@promohealthgear.com or 877-495-6886 and a customer service representative will be able to assist you. 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled for a refund within 24 hours of when the order was placed. The total amount refund back to the customer will equal the total amount paid minus 3% of the total amount paid to recover credit card processing fees. Because we start working on your order right away, orders that are over 24 hours of being placed are considered mid production. Orders that are in mid production are not able to be cancelled, exchange for a different size or exchange to a different product. 

I received the wrong goods. What do I do?

Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped. We apologize for any inconvenience this may caused and our customer service team is here to help make things right. Where can I find sizing information? 

Sizing charts are found on each individual product page. Please note that each product may vary depending on style and/or brand. It is recommended to check the sizing of each product prior to ordering.
